Listing your PCT with IP Market

We will require you to fill out a PCT Listing Information form.  This contains a list of 50 countries in which a PCT can be licensed; please tick any of the countries that you would like to license in.  If there is a country not listed that you wish to license in, there is space available in which you can write this in.  Once completed, please fax it to +64 9 522 1950 along with your contact details and we will start the listing process. The types of listings available for a PCT are the same as for a single patent - Passive and Standard.  We recommend that you choose the Standard Listing option as this will give the greatest number of countries and companies that would potentially be interested in licensing your IP.
